"Leading Like We Mean It" offers educators and administrators an immersive professional development experience that aligns with Newton's emerging Profile of a Graduate, providing hands-on opportunities to design meetings and PD using research-based andragogical strategies and frameworks.
Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to model the Profile of a Graduate in Newton and will leave equipped with strategies and frameworks for conducting effective meetings and professional development. They will also walk away with either an action-oriented plan to fully integrate the Profile of a Graduate into their practices or a series of incremental steps to implement throughout the year.
The training includes two optional, remote follow-up sessions in February and June to assess implementation and gauge effectiveness.
