In this interactive session, Ivy Watts will empower educators to know they can make a difference in supporting the mental health of their students. Ivy will provide tools for educators to create supportive mental wellness cultures in their classrooms in order to normalize the mental health challenges that students face. Attendees will also learn hands-on and practical tools for their own mental wellness and self-care and feel encouraged to know that their mental health matters, too.
