This session will explore how to apply the science of hope and resilience outside of the classroom experience. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the micro-skills and strategies that foster hopeful and resilient mindsets. Through practice and discussion, staff in supportive roles will be equipped with practical tools to cultivate hope and resilience in their daily interactions with youth, ultimately enhancing the overall well-being and development of the students they serve.
