Introduction . Culturally responsive teaching recognizes the importance of including students' cultural references in all aspects of learning, including the athletic fields. This workshop will focus on equipping coaches and athletic professionals with the skills and strategies needed to foster an inclusive, supportive, and culturally aware environment for student-athletes.:
